Out of all countless injustices done to me I have made progress equalizing the universe for at least one of them. Namely being hit by a truck wading through insurance bull crap and police reports and not being able to prove the other driver was at fault I said screw you earth and just fixed it myself.

Before

During

All the dents are out and really close to being done with the metal work. and hopefully soon I will post an amazing after with a total repaint.

Wow, this is quite an achievement! Did you spotweld tiny studs to it to pull it out? I'd like to know more.

I used a huge slide hammer to pull the fender lip out to try to get the areas holding the dent concave pulled out so the metal could go back to normal and relax. then the studs and then all those dots you see are a spot welder puller thing. I made a contout gauge from the other side with a shrinker and stretcher and a bit of metal to use to make sure I was getting the right contour as I pulled.

this machine is kinda same principle of welding something to the metal as a stud welder but it is an electrode that welds to it and is used to do the pulling. It is a lot better than a stud welder more control and precision and it works way faster when you have hundreds of little welds like I did.

This would be a lot easier and faster if I could get to the other side of the quarter panel.

Have any more questions I would love to help answer them if I can.
